ReceiptGrid is a 14-day trial, then Monthly or Yearly. Both plans are the full product. You do not need a card to create the account.

- Photograph a slip or upload a photo or PDF
- Review and edit every field before it posts
- Searchable ledger, categories, and vendor memory
- Duplicate warning
- Reports by category, vendor, month, or payment
- Excel, CSV, and an accountant packet for a date range
- Bank or card CSV import, with an option to skip likely duplicates
- Reimbursable flag, and a year-to-date reimbursable total on Home
- Optional authenticator codes
- An owner backup of the books from Settings
- Extra people: the owner can add users, and each person has their own receipts and ledger
How billing works
The trial starts when the account is created. You can subscribe before it ends. Payment is collected by Stripe from the Billing page after you are signed in. When a subscription is canceled, the lines stay in the account; working in the ledger again means an active plan, or access granted by the owner.
Yearly is billed once a year. Save $10 a year. Monthly is $5 each month. Prices are plus applicable tax. There is no cheaper tier with features removed.
