Terms of Service
These terms cover use of ReceiptGrid at receiptgrid.pro. Last updated October 28, 2026.
The operator
REKKY Consulting LLC, a Utah limited liability company, operates ReceiptGrid. Questions? Use Ask a question at the bottom of any page. You can also use the contact form. This site does not show a phone number or an email address.
The service
ReceiptGrid lets you photograph or upload a receipt, review the line, keep a ledger, and export Excel, CSV, or a packet of the receipts. Creating an account means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts
You choose a username and a password. You are responsible for that password and for any authenticator you turn on. Each person has their own receipts and ledger. Do not use someone else’s account. You can delete your own account from Settings or Billing. That asks for your current password and your username. A subscription that is still billing is canceled first, and that account’s ledger and receipts are removed. The site owner can lock an account, require a password change, or delete an account and its ledger and receipts.
Trial and price
A new account gets a 14-day trial. The trial starts when the account is created. No card is required to create the account. You can subscribe before the trial ends. After the trial, working in the ledger needs an active plan, or access the owner grants.
The plans are $5 a month or $50 a year, plus applicable tax. Save $10 a year. Both plans are the full product. The difference is how often you are billed. Stripe collects the payment on the checkout page. When a subscription is canceled, the lines stay in the account. Working in the ledger again means an active plan, or access granted by the owner.
Your receipts
You keep the responsibility for the receipts and lines you upload. Upload records you are allowed to keep. You can export them and you can delete your own lines and files. Keep a copy of anything you still need outside this site. ReceiptGrid does not sell those photos or lines.
Use of the site
Do not try to open another person’s books, break the sign-in limits, or flood the contact form or the help bot. Do not use the site to store files that are not records for your books. The owner can refuse or end access that breaks these terms.
The software as it runs
ReceiptGrid is the site as it runs. A reading of a slip can be wrong. Check the vendor, date, amount, and tax before you post a line. REKKY Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or a receipt you did not keep a copy of. Some limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
Changes
The price on the pricing page and on Billing is the price in effect when you subscribe. These terms can be updated on this page. The date at the top changes when they are. Continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.
Utah law
Utah law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
